Susan G. Komen and American country music superstar Jason Aldean are teaming up to launch the 2015 Jason Aldean Contest! Nominate the most deserving cancer fighter in your life for a chance to win a VIP treatment for your nominee and yourself at a Jason Aldean’s concert during the 2015 Burn It Down Tour!

Nominate A Breast Cancer Survivor

Now through October 14, 2015, go to komen.org/JasonAldean and fill out the contest entry form by proving your information (such as your full name, email address, mailing address and phone number). Select the concert location of your choice then share your breast cancer story by submitting a written essay about how your nominee has been affected by breast cancer, his or her involvement with the breast cancer movement and what a meet and greet with Jason Aldean would mean to the nominee.

Upon submitting your entry, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No more than one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Contest Prizes

Jason Aldean will honor a total of thirty-seven (37) breast cancer survivors, one per concert location, during the Contest Period. Each Contest Prize consists of a private VIP backstage meet-and-greet experience with Jason for the Nominee and one (1) guest at the concert and includes two (2) tickets to the Concert and a Jason Aldean gift package.

The Jason Aldean Contest is open to entrants and nominees who are legal residents of one or more of the fifty United States and/or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry in the Contest.
