How To Enter : You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Promotion when you visit yummielife.com/miraval during the Promotion Period (begins on July 21, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on September 2, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET) to complete and submit the online registration form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per day during the Promotion Period.
Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Miraval Spa in Tucson, Arizona from October 17, 2014 to October 20, 2014, which trip will consist of the following:
