How To Enter : To register, eligible entrants must visit www.YourShapeFitnessChallenge.com (“Promotion Website”), enter their Xbox LIVE Gamertag and complete the Official Registration Form.
Eligibility : This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia; excluding Maryland and Vermont), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing : This Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on January 26, 2011, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on February 22, 2011 (“Promotion Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/authorized e-mail account holder per day, regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s) :
Five (5) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes per Weekly Period: 1,600 Microsoft Points. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize is $20.
One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-night adventure vacation for the winner and one (1) guest. Trip consists of: Round-trip, coach-class airfare for winner and one (1) guest; three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in one (1) double-occupancy room, including meals, and excluding room service and other incidentals); adventure activities during stay (adventure activities, location, and all other aspects of the adventure activities portion of the prize to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); and ground transportation to and from the hotel and airport and the hotel and activities. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,500.
