Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal United States residents in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Illinois, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Utah, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing : The Sweepstakes starts May 15, 2011 at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends July 15, 2011 at 11:59:59 PM CT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Each day during the Sweepstakes Period, the Entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) additional entry into Sweepstakes by logging back on to the Website.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize.The Grand Prize is a road trip (the “Road Trip”) in a Class A RV Coach (the “RV”). The timing for the Road Trip, subject to the other terms and conditions of these Official Rules, will begin no earlier than January 1, 2012 and must end by December 31, 2012. A professional driver/tour guide (the “Driver”) will pick up the Winner and up to additional 6 people (the “Guests”) from the Grand Prize Winner’s home in one of the seventeen (17) eligible states. Each of the Guests must be over the age of eighteen (18) unless the Guest is the child/ward of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner may select any location beginning and terminating in the contiguous 48 United States or the District of Columbia provided that (a) the total mileage of the Road Trip, to and from the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as calculated by Sponsor or its designees in their sole discretion), must not exceed two thousand (2,000) miles and (b) the Road Trip must be completed within seven (7) calendar days (as calculated by Sponsor or its designees in their sole discretion, based on the assumption that Driver will not operate the RV for more than 10 total hours per day) from the day that the Road Trip begins. The Sponsor, along with the Driver, will coordinate the Road Trip and activities; the final itinerary of the Road Trip being in Sponsor’s sole discretion, with the express understanding that Driver may be required to modify itinerary without consent or advanced notice to winner based on exigencies of RV travel (e.g., roads closed for construction, weather conditions). The Sponsor will pay the rental cost for the RV only up to two thousand (2,000) miles, any and all additional mileage costs must be paid by the Grand Prize Winner. In addition, the Grand Prize Winner will receive a Two Thousand Dollar ($2,000) allowance for the Road Trip (allowance to be awarded as a gift card, which is subject to terms/conditions indicated thereon; Sponsor will select the gift card issuer in its sole discretion) and a gift package for use on the Road Trip. The Sponsor will pay for parking costs for the RV to park at approved RV parking locations. If winner has less than 7 guests accompany him/her on Road Trip, winner will NOT receive any compensation or substitute prize of any kind. If final total mileage of Road Trip is less than 2,000 miles, Sponsor shall NOT have any liability of any kind. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize – $17,025.
In lieu of receiving the Road Trip and all other prizes, the Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive a check in the amount of $17,025.
