How To Enter : Visit www.WorkForWill.com (“Promotion Site”)and: (i) watch the posted Promotion introduction video; (ii) follow the instructions to customize your virtual Nokia Lumia 920 from AT&T start screen by: (a) connecting through Facebook to pre-populate apps the best fit your likes on Facebook or bypass and manually select the apps you want to use from the apps provided; (iii) complete the Promotion’s entry form; and (iv) follow the instructions to process celebrity reaction video based on your information and selections provided in (ii) above (“Celebrity Reaction Video”).
Eligibility : The Promotion is open to persons legally and physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at time of entry (“entrants”).
Timing : The “Work For Will Promotion” (“Promotion”) commences at 12:00 AM EST on November 9, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on January 17, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).
Limit : There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s) :
The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest of Winner (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, California (”Destination”) to spend a day in the position of “Will’s Assistant For a Day”, currently scheduled to take place during or around February 2013, but subject to change (the “Trip Package”). The Trip Package will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,200; (ii) round trip ground transportation of Sponsor’s choice for Winner and Guest between airport and hotel at Destination and between hotel and assistant events, with an ARV of up to $200; (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guest which will be one (1) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with a nightly rate not to exceed $400 totaling an ARV of $800; (iv) one (1) $300 Mastercard gift card [Redeemable wherever Mastercard is accepted] for Winner; and (v) one (1) Nokia Lumia 920, with an ARV of up to $659.96; The position of “Will’s Assistant” will consist of spending one day (defined as a minimum of eight (8) hours) shadowing Will Arnett as he performs various activities, the nature and timing of which are subject to the discretion of Sponsor; collectively (the “Prize” or “Prizes”).Winner will not be required or requested to perform any work for Will Arnett.
