How To Enter : You may enter the “Win a Trip to the 2013 CMA Music Festival Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion”) by visiting the Travel Channel website (www.travelchannel.com/CMA-sweepstakes) (the “Website”) and completing and submitting the online entry form.
Eligibility : This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older
Timing : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 1, 2012 until 5:00 p.m. ET on September 30, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”)
Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): a trip to Nashville, Tennessee for the 2013 CMA Music Festival for Grand Prize winner and a guest which includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Nashville, Tennessee; (ii) hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) for five (5) nights and six (6) days (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iii) two (2) tickets to the 2013 CMA Music Festival; (iv) a CMA Music Festival gift bag; and (v) ground transportation to and from the Nashville, Tennessee airport. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,275.
Runner-Up Prize: The one (1) Runner-Up Prize Winner will receive four (4) 2013 CMA Music Festival four (4) day passes, valid June 6-9, 2013. The Runner-Up Prize will not include any transportation. ARV of the Runner-Up Prize: $500.
Second Prizes: Each of the twenty (20) Second Prize Winners will receive a music CMA Music Festival music CD, selected by Sponsor. ARV of each Second Prize: $15.
