How To Enter : You may enter the “Win a Trip to New York Sweepstakes” presented by Science Diet Ideal Balance” (the “Promotion”) by visiting the Food Network website (www.foodnetwork.com/nysweeps (the “Website”) and completing and submitting the online entry form.
Eligibility : This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 21 years of age or older
Timing : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2012 until 5:00 p.m. ET on September 28, 2012 (the “Promotion Period”)
Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.

Grand Prize:
The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip to New York City for Grand Prize winner and a guest which includes (i) two round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the lower 48 United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York City; (ii) first class hotel accommodations in a pet-friendly hotel (as determined by Sponsor) for three days and two nights (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iii) tour of the Food Network kitchens for Grand Prize Winner and guest; (iv) a cooking class in New York City for Grand Prize Winner and guest with Sarah Copeland; (v) copies of two (2) of Sarah Copeland’s cooking books; and (vi) $500 cash for Grand Prize Winner. First Prizes:
