How To Enter : Visit the Contest website, www.fueledbystonyfield.com, during the Contest Period.
Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions outside of the United States and where otherwise prohibited by law) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in the Contest (or in the case of legal residents of jurisdictions where the age of majority is greater than 18 years of age, such age of majority under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they reside at the time of entry), who have access to the internet, and who have the necessary permits and approvals to build the community project described in their entry (see Grant Restrictions).
Timing : The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on September 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on October 28, 2011 (the “Contest Period”).
Limit : Limit only one entry per participant per email address by any method or combination of methods of entry during the Contest Period.
Prize (s) :
Each of the ten (10) Finalists, including the Grand, Second and Third Prize Winners, will receive a prize consisting of a Stonyfield branded soft shell cooler and ten (10) coupons for free Stonyfield 6 oz. organic yogurt products (“Finalist Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the one (1) Finalist Prize is $12.50, for an aggregate approximate retail value of $125.00 for all ten (10) Finalist Prizes
The Third Prize Winner will receive a one (1) year’s supply of Stonyfield organic yogurt which consists of 365 coupons for a free 6 oz. cup of Stonyfield organic yogurt (“Third Prize”). ARV of the Third Prize is $365.00.
The Second Prize Winner will receive a one (1) year’s supply of Stonyfield organic yogurt which consists of 365 coupons for a free 6 oz. cup of Stonyfield organic yogurt and a $2,500.00 grant to complete the Project specified in the Second Prize Winner’s entry (see Grant Restrictions) (“Second Prize”). ARV of the Second Prize is $2,865.00.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive a one (1) year’s supply of Stonyfield organic yogurt which consists of 365 coupons for a free 6 oz. cup of Stonyfield organic yogurt, a $5,000.00 grant to complete the Project specified in the Grand Prize Winner’s entry (see Grant Restrictions), and a four-day, three-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner plus one adult guest to the Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina (“Grand Prize”). ARV of the Grand Prize is $8,165.00.
