Eligibility : This Promotion is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing : The Promotion begins on May 1, 2013 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 1, 2013 at 11:59:59 AM ET (“Promotion Period”).
Limit : Regardless of method of entry, there is a limit of one (1) entry per social network account per Daily Sweepstakes for a maximum number of three (3) entries per day per Daily Sweepstakes.
Prize (s) :
Daily Prizes (2 per Daily Sweepstakes for a total of 308): Each Daily Prize Winner will receive a $10 Wendy’s® Gift Card and a prize pack which includes branded sunglasses, ear buds and back pack (individually, “Daily Prize” and collectively, “Daily Prizes”). The ARV of each Daily Prize is $20.50. The total ARV of all Daily Prizes is $6,314.
Grand Prizes (5 total, 1 per Grand Prize Drawing): Each of the five (5) Grand Prize Winners will receive a two (2) day/one (1) night trip for two (2) people – the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) “Guest” – to an iHeartRadio® Great Late Concert located in either Los Angeles, CA, or New York City, NY, as selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (“Trip”). Trip includes round trip coach class airfare for up to two (2) people between the major commercial airport closest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and either Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY; one (1) night standard hotel accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor (single room, double occupancy); ground transfers while in the destination city between the airport and hotel and the hotel and concert; and admission for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest into an iHeartRadio Great Late Concert, selected by Sponsor in its sole and
absolute discretion. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $5,000.
