How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, an entrant who is eligible under these official rules (“Entrant”) may enter the Promotion, play the Instant Win Game and enter the Sweepstakes by logging on to Walgreens.com/Balance (the “Website”)
Eligibility : The Promotion is offered only to legal United States residents living in the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing : The “Promotion Period” will begin at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 1, 2013 and will end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on May 31, 2013.
Limit : Each Entrant is allowed to play the Instant Win Game once per calendar day.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize (2): The Grand Prize consists of the following:
i. Each Grand Prize Winner and his/her “Guest” will receive a round-trip, coach-class air travel from the gateway airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s address, as selected by Sponsor, to a Biggest Loser Resort selected by the Grand Prize Winner (the “Resort”). The Resorts are located in Chicago (Itasca), IL, Ivins, UT; Malibu, CA, and Niagara (Buffalo), NY. If the Grand Prize Winner is located within two hundred fifty miles (250) of the Resort selected, the Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be reimbursed for ground transportation from the Grand Prize Winner’s home to and from the Resort;
ii. Accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (single room/double occupancy) are for a eight (8) days/seven (7) nights stay at the Resort; iii. The one-week stay covers seven night’s accommodations (all check-ins are on a Sunday), spa cuisine meals, group fitness training, and nutritional classes. (Spa treatments, personal training, and individual coaching are extra. Transportation and taxes not included. Scheduling date is subject to availability. Not redeemable for cash. May not be combined with other promotions or offers. Taxes are due at time of booking. Must be used by 12/31/13.); and
iv. Ground transportation to and from the airport and Resort
ARV of Sweepstakes Grand Prize (2): The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize if the Grand Prize Winner selects Ivins, UT or Niagara (Buffalo), NY is $5,590. If the Grand Prize Winner selects Malibu, CA or Chicago (Itasca), IL the ARV is $6,190.
