How To Enter : To enter online, complete the Official Online Registration form at valpak.com/cbs by entering all of the required information and following all posted instructions. Â To enter by regular mail, hand-print on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (where you can be reached during normal business hours), and birth date. All mail-in entries must be mailed to The Valpak “Win a Trip to The Talk” Sweepstakes, PO Box 43368, Atlanta, GA 30336. Maximum one (1) entry per stamped, outer mailing envelope.
Eligibility : Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at time of entry.
Timing : The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01:00 a.m. (ET) on January 22, 2014 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on March 7, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Â Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion will receive a 5 day/4 night trip to Los Angeles, California to attend a taping of The Talk (the “Grand Prize”). Trip consists of two (2) round-trip coach class tickets for air transportation from the major hub U.S. airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California, hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (one room, double-occupancy; location to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion), two (2) tickets to a taping of The Talk (exact details, including seat locations, shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or Prize Supplier) and $1,000.00 spending cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).
