How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible consumers may enter by accessing www.wavecigarettes.com (the “Website”) and following the on-screen instructions to register for the sweepstakes.
Eligibility : Participation in this Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Massachusetts, Michigan and Virginia) and the District of Columbia, who are cigarette smokers 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing : From 12:01 a.m., Central Time, on May 1, 2011 to 11:59 p.m., Central Time, on December 31, 2011
Limit : Limit 1 entry per person, e-mail address, or household, regardless of method of entry during the combined months of May, June, July, August, September, October and November. Limit 4 entries per person, e-mail address, or household, regardless of method of entry during the month of December.
Prize (s) :
One (1) Grand Prize: A 4 day/3 night trip for winner and one guest to Las Vegas, Nevada. Prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for winner and one adult guest from the major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations at Bellagio Las Vegas for 4 days/3 nights; 2 tickets to a show to be selected by Sponsor; a Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour; use of a rental car (winner or guest must be eligible and comply with rental company’s terms and conditions or this portion of the prize will be forfeited); and $2,000 spending money. In addition, $3,553 (intended for assistance with income tax liability) will be provided to winner. Total combined approximate retail value of prize is $8,879.
One (1) First Prize: one Vegas Quality Pro Roulette Wheel. Specific model to be determined by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $775. At Sponsor’s discretion, prize may be awarded as a check in the amount of $775.
Two (2) Second Prize: one 9-in-1 Game Table. Specific model to be determined by Sponsor. ARV $680. At Sponsor’s discretion, prize may be awarded as a check in the amount of $680.
Two (2) Third Prizes: one Microsoft XBox 360 4G Console with KINECT. ARV $300 each. At Sponsor’s discretion, prize may be awarded as a check in the amount of $300.
Five (5) Fourth Prizes: one Trademark Global PRO Poker set with wood case. ARV $87 each. At Sponsor’s discretion, prize may be awarded as a check in the amount of $87.
Ten (10) Fifth Prizes: one $50 Visa Gift Card.
