All you have to do is fill out the entry form available online at bravotv.com/girlsnightout. Once completed, submit the entry form to be entered into the sweepstakes for a chance to win. You may enter only once between January 18, 2015 and February 1, 2015. All entries received by 11:59 PM ET on February 1, 2015 will be eligible for the sweepstakes.
