Eligibility :
Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of June 21, 2008. Officers, directors, and employees of Sweepstakes Entities, members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses), and/or persons living in the same households as such persons (whether or not related thereto) are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities, as referenced herein, shall include Sponsors, Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Ltd., Sanford, L.P., Internet Broadcasting Systems, Inc., Sweepstakes administrator and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and administrative, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of the Sweepstakes.
Timing :
The “Jetstream To Beijing” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on June 21, 2008 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 31, 2008, at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter :
To enter, access www.jetstreamtobeijing.com. (“Web Site”) and click on Sweepstakes icon. Complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your first and last name, complete address (including zip code/no P.O. Boxes), telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and e-mail address (collectively, “Entry Information”). All entries become the property of WNBC, KNBC, WMAQ, KXAS, WTVJ, WCAU, KNTV, WRC, and NBC Universal, Inc. (collectively, “Sponsors”), and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. on August 31, 2008, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes.
Limit :
Limit one entry per person and per email address per day during the Sweepstakes Period for a maximum of seventy-two (72) total entries per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s):
(1) Grand Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”), consisting of the following: A trip to be shared by winner (“Winner”) and his/her guest (“Guest”) to Beijing, China (“Trip”). Trip includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Departure Airport”), to an airport near Beijing, China, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Arrival Airport”); standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for six (6) nights at a hotel in Beijing (“Hotel”), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; round-trip ground transportation between Arrival Airport and Hotel, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; and a ten-hour, one-day city tour of Beijing (“Tour”), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
