Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : TurboTax Expert Guide to Salem Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on January 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM PT and end on February 28, 2011 at 11:59 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :
There will be one (1) Prize awarded to Winner consisting of: a three (3) day, two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA to attend the Days of our Lives Fan Event (the “Trip”). The Trip includes the following elements, all as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion: 1) round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner’s residence to one (1) of the major airports nearest Los Angeles, CA; 2) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at the a hotel chosen by Sponsors in their sole discretion); 3) round-trip ground transportation to and from the Days of our Lives Fan Event and the hotel. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize is four thousand, five hundred dollars ($4,500).
