How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, access Sweepstakes website at www.tropicanaupallnight.com (“Website”) and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form (“Entry”).
Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period, and who are physically located and residing in the WCAU, WHDH, WJAR, WNBC, WPXI and WVIT terrestrial geographic viewing areas (each, a “Local Geographic Area”; collectively, “Overall Geographic Area”)
Timing : The Tropicana “Up All Night” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on February 11, 2013, at 12:01 A.M. ET and end on February 24, 2013 at 11:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address per day.

Second Prizes: There will be sixty (60) second prizes (each a “Second Prize”, collectively “Second Prizes”) awarded. One (1) Second Prize will be awarded to each Second Prize Winner. Each Second Prize will consist of: one (1) Up All Night orNBC themed t-shirt (actual t-shirt to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Second Prize is twenty-five dollars ($25). Total ERV of all Second Prizes is one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500).
First Prizes: There will be six (6) first prizes (each a “First Prize”, collectively “First Prizes”) awarded. One (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner. Each First Prize will consist of one (1) seven hundred dollar ($700) pre-paid gift card (“Gift Card”). ERV of each First Prize is seven hundred dollars ($700). Total ERV of all First Prizes is four thousand two hundred dollars ($4,200).
GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded, consisting of the following: one (1) trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA (“Trip”). Trip includes: round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to a Los Angeles, CA area airport, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Los Angeles Airport”); standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) (“Hotel”); an opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend a live taping (“Taping”) of the NBC television show Up All Night (“Show”) at Universal Studios, 100 Universal City Plaza Universal City, CA 91608; round-trip ground transportation to and from Los Angeles Airport and Hotel; and round-trip ground transportation to and from Taping and Hotel.
