Eligibility :
Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of January 15, 2009, and who are physically located and residing in the WCAU, WNBC, WRC, WTVJ, WHDH, WXIA, WPTV, and WESH terrestrial geographic viewing areas (each, a “Local Geographic Area;” collectively, “Overall Geographic Area”) in the following counties:
WCAU: Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Philadelphia in the state of Pennsylvania; Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Cape May, Atlantic, Salem, and Cumberland in the state of New Jersey; and New Castle and Kent in the state of Delaware.
WNBC: Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester in the state of New York; Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren in the state of New Jersey; Fairfield in the state of Connecticut; and Pike in the state of Pennsylvania.
WRC: The District of Columbia, and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Frederick, Clarke, Fauquier, Loudoun, Warren, Jefferson, Culpeper, King George, Orange, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Westmoreland, Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Mineral, and Morgan in the state of Virginia; the counties of Montgomery, Prince George’s, Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Allegany, St. Mary’s, and Washington in the state of Maryland; and Fulton county in the state of Pennsylvania.

Timing :
The Treasures of the Bahamas Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on January 15, 2009 at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) and end on May 5, 2009 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter:
To enter, access the Sweepstakes web site at www.treasurethebahamas.com (“Web Site”) and follow the onscreen instructions to complete and thereafter transmit the entry form. Information required on the entry form (collectively “Entry Information”) consists of your first and last name, complete address (including Zip code), telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address (“Entry”).
Limit:
Limit one (1) Entry per person per day; limit one (1) Entry per email address per day. Limit one hundred and eleven (111) total Entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period; limit one hundred and eleven (111) total Entries per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s):
There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded, consisting of the following: A four (4) night trip (“Trip”) to the Atlantis, Paradise Island Resort in Nassau, Bahamas for one (1) winner (“Winner”) and one (1) guest (“Guest”). Trip includes: round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), to Lynden Pindling International Airport in Nassau, Bahamas (“Airport”); standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for four (4) nights in the Royal Towers Terrace at the Atlantis, Paradise Island (“Hotel”); Hotel tax, mandatory housekeeping gratuities and service fees; and round trip ground transportation to and from the Airport and Hotel. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize is three thousand nine hundred twenty-two dollars ($3,922).
