Eligibility :
The Toyota Why Not Innovation Experience (the “Promotion”) is open only to licensed drivers who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of December 9, 2008, located in the U.S. at the time of entry.

Timing :
The Toyota Why Not Innovation Experience begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST“) on December 9, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2009

How to enter:
Go to www.toyota.com/whynot (the “Site”) to register. Upon sign-in, click on the “create an innovation” button. Then follow the simple submission steps, complete all required fields and click “submit now.”

Limit:
LIMIT SIX (6) INNOVATION SUBMISSIONS PER PERSON/PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize: The “Why Not?” Innovation Experience in the U.S. includes: Trip for two to Kentucky and New York City. The trip consists of: (i) Coach air transportation for two from a major airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Louisville, KY; hotel accommodations for 2 days/2 nights (one room, double occupancy); meals as specifically related to Promotion experience; a Private VIP tour of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky in Georgetown, KY, Toyota’s largest manufacturing facility in the U.S.; local transportation; and other exclusive, local, relevant experiences that may include a VIP tour of the 21C Museum of Contemporary Art and/or the Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion: (ii) Coach air transportation from Kentucky to New York City and back to major airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor); and (iii) New York City hotel accommodations for 3-days/3-nights (one room, double occupancy); meals as specifically related to Promotion experience; local transportation; and exclusive, local, relevant experiences that may include: a VIP tour of New York’s Highline, the former elevated railway; a VIP tour of Jay Walker’s Innovation Library; “meet and greet” with prestigious New York innovators; and/or tickets to a Broadway show and backstage tour, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $13,000.

Eighteen (18) Second Prizes (three per category): Innovation gift pack includes: energy-conscious and eco-friendly home devices; TIME coffee table book, Planet Earth; and one-year magazine subscriptions to various publications. ARV of each Second Prize: $200.
