Eligibility :
Open only to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Released Parties (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in or win the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
Timing :
Beginning 3:00pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 9, 2008 through 11:59pm ET on August 18, 2008 (the “Entry Period”).
How to enter:
Log on to http://www.ivillage.com/partners/tnt, click on the Sweepstakes banner and follow the on-screen entry instructions to enter. Sweepstakes consists of six (6) weekly drawings (“Weekly Drawings”) and one Grand Prize drawing (“Grand Prize Drawing”). Entries for each Weekly Drawing must be received by the “End Date” for that particular Weekly Drawing as specified in the chart below. Each entry for any Weekly Drawing also constitutes an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. The only means of entry into the Grand Prize Drawing is by submitting an entry for a Weekly Drawing. Entries for the last Weekly Drawing (week 6) must be received by 11:59pm ET on August 18, 2008, which is also the deadline to be eligible for entry into the Grand Prize Drawing.
Limit :
Limit one (1) entry per unique email address or person or household per day as determined by name and unique email address for a maximum of seven (7) entries per Weekly Drawing, except for week one where the maximum is six (6) entries, and forty-one (41) entries for the Grand Prize Drawing. Multiple entries received from any unique email address or person or household for any day after the first entry received for that day will be void.
Prize (s):
Sponsor will award to one (1) Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) a trip for two (2) to San Diego, CA (the “Trip”). The Trip includes (i) round-trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his or her guest (“Guest”) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to a major gateway international airport nearest San Diego, CA (as determined by Sponsor), (ii) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations at the U.S. Grant Hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,138). Actual value may vary depending on departure and destination cities and dates of travel. Weekly Prizes: Each week, one winner will be chosen, for a total of 6 Weekly Winners. Each Weekly Winner will receive one t-shirt (ARV: $7), one tote (ARV: $18), one nail file ($1.50) and one DVD of The Closer, the Complete Third Season (ARV: $19.99).
