How To Enter : Go online and visit TheCheesecakeFactory.com/Joy during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the online entry form in its entirety (including all mandatory information), and submit the online entry form in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period. To enter the Contest, visit The Cheesecake Factory’s Facebook account at www.Facebook.com/TheCheesecakeFactory, click on the “Share The Joy” tab during the Contest Period and fill out the official online entry form in its entirety (including all mandatory information).
Eligibility : To be eligible for prizes in the Giveaway, you must, at the time of entry, be 1) a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (except New Mexico), 2) physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and 3) 18 years of age or older. The Giveaway is void in New Mexico, outside of the above geographic areas and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 26, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on January 13, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. PT on December 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on December 28, 2010 (the “Contest Period”).
Limit : There is a limit of two (2) entries per person and per email address per day in the Sweepstakes via this method of entry.
Prize (s):
One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: A trip for two people to anywhere in the world, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. Trip consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people from the major U.S. international airport gateway nearest the Grand Prize winner’s residence to the major international airport gateway nearest the winner’s choice of destination; four (4) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at the winner’s choice of destination (the “Destination”); US$500 spending money (for winner only); breakfast daily at the hotel at the Destination; city tour of the Destination; round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel at Destination. There is an allowance of up to US$3,000 per person for air transportation. The maximum Approximate Retail Value [“ARV”] of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize is US$12,200.00.

One (1) Contest Second Prize per Weekly Entry Period for a total of Four (4) Contest Second Prizes:
Each Finalist will be awarded a $100 The Cheesecake Factory eGift card. (ARV $100.00 each).
Three (3) Contest Third Prizes per day for a total of Eighty-Four (84) such prizes:
A slice of The Cheesecake Factory cheesecake awarded in the form of an eGift Card. (ARV $7.50 each).
