Eligibility :
Texas de Brazil Win Carnival Sweepstakes (“the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Timing :
The Texas de Brazil Win Carnival Sweepstakes begins on February 20, 2009 at 12:01 am ET and ends on March 20, 2009 at 11:59 pm ET. (The Promotion Period).
How to enter:
Entry forms may be obtained and submitted at any participating Texas de Brazil Steakhouse or submitted electronically at www.wincarnival.com (the “Website”). To enter, during the promotion period: 1) go to any participating Texas de Brazil Steakhouse, obtain, fill out, and submit an entry form at the onsite entry collection center or, 2) go to the Website and fill out the online entry form completely, and submit the form. You automatically will be awarded with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person and/or email address.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of a three (3) night/four (4) day trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Grand Prize includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest, three (3) nights’ hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) at the Mar Ipanema (during Carnival, February, 2010) and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, and $400.00 spending money. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,250.00.
ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize consists of a Brazilian Artists CD. Prize has an ARV of $2.00 each.

Requests for winner list must be received by April15, 2009. VT residents may exclude return postage.
