Get started by visiting tempurpedicgolf.com and entering your email address. Continue the entry process by completing the entry form on the next page including your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, email and phone number. Then, complete the process by submitting your entry using the “Submit” button located at the bottom of the form.
Since entrants can enter the sweepstakes daily, returning entrants can simply login with their email address to receive one (1) entry in the Grand Prize Drawing.
Sweepstakes Period
Entries must be completed and submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on October 24, 2014 to be eligible. As of today, you still have twenty (20) days to enter.
Limit
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address/day for a maximum of thirty eight (38) entries throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
Eligibility
You are eligible to enter the Tempur-Pedic’s Golf Sweepstakes if you are a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, and all other U.S. territories and possessions) who is at least twenty one (21) years old as of date of entry.
Grand Prize Winner
Winner will receive a seven (7) day, six (6) night trip currently scheduled from 11/11/14-11/17/14 for winner and up to three (3) guests to the OHL Classic at the Mayakoba Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize Package: up to $48,600.
Trip consists of the following elements:
- [a] round-trip coach class air transportation for up to four (4) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s home to Cancun, Mexico;
- [b] ground transportation to and from the (Cancun) airport and the Fairmont Mayakoba;
- [c] standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms) for six (6) nights at the Fairmont Mayakoba;
- [d] the Fairmont Mayakoba meal plan for winner and up to three (3) guests;
- [e] a total of up to (4) four, (4) four-day Championship Tournament passes;
- [f] the exclusive opportunity for the Grand Prize winner and a limit of one (1) guest to participate in:
1) the Pro-Am on 11/12/14 with a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame® to be designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion
and
2) a total of two (2), one (1)-day OHL Classic event Honorary Observer Passes for 11/15/14 ; - [g] a total of up to (4) four invitations to the OHL Classic Pairing Party on 11/11/14 and the Awards Dinner on 11/12/14;
- [h] the exclusive opportunity for winner and up to three (3) guests to meet the 2014 OHL Classic Champion;
- [i] $6,000 for Grand Prize winner only that may be exclusively used to purchase one (1)Tempur-Pedic mattress of winner’s choice
- [j] a check equal to that of the last PGA golfer in the OHL Classic to be awarded a cash prize in the Tournament as per the official results of the Tournament as sanctioned by the PGA, to be no less than $10,000 and no more than $15,000.
