How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes without using text messaging capable mobile phone go to the CBSI Service during any of the Entry Periods and follow the instructions to complete the Sweepstakes entry form, including, without limitation, submitting your email address and password, provide your answer(s) to at least one of that Entry Period’s Games, hit submit and you will gain an entry into the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is offered and open to Registered Users and/or Mobile Registered Users, who are legal residents of the United States and who are at least eighteen 18 or age of majority, whichever is older in state of residence, at the date of entry in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, all US Territories and Possessions, outside of the U.S. and where prohibited by law.
Timing : Â The Sweepstakes begins on February 28, 2013 at 12:00:00 pm Pacific Time (“PT”) and will end on April 24, 2013 at 11:59:59 am PT (“Promotion Period”).
Limit :Â There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per Entry Period regardless of method of entry for a maximum of eight (8) entries per person for the entire Promotion Period
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes will award one (1) Survivor Finale Grand Prize (the “Prize”), that consists of a 3-Day/2-Night trip to either Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY (“Finale Broadcast City”) to attend the broadcast of the Survivor: Caramoan Finale for the Prize winner (the “Prize winner”) and one (1) guest (the “Event”). The Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for Prize winner and guest to Finale Broadcast City from a single major U.S. airport nearest Prize Winner’s home (Finale Broadcast City and departure airport determined solely by Sponsor), double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, admission for Prize winner and guest to the Event on or about Sunday, 5/12/2013, ground transfers in Finale Broadcast City from hotel to studio and Five Hundred Dollars (US$500.00) spending money to be awarded in the form of a check. Estimated retail value of the Prize is Three Thousand Dollars (US$3,500.00).
