How To Enter : During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible Entrant must logon to SUBWAY.com (the “Website”), and click on the Sweepstakes link. After clicking the link, an Entrant must follow the on-screen instructions and submit the requested registration information, including without limitation the Entrant’s complete first and last name (no initials), complete residential address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), state, ZIP code, and date of birth. By successfully registering for the Sweepstakes, an Entrant will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes.
Eligibility : This Sweepstakes is open only to eligible legal United States and District of Columbia residents who at the time of registration are: (i) physically located in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and (ii) at least 18 years of age (“Entrant”).
Timing : The Sweepstakes starts on January 6, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 26, 2013 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) Entry per Entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize is a three (3) day/two (2) night (March 17, 2013 to March 19, 2013) trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, California to attend The Biggest Loser® Finale (“Grand Prize”). The trip will consist of: roundtrip coach class airfare from a major gateway airport located near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) to Los Angeles International Airport; two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations, selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, (one (1) room, double occupancy); $600 awarded as a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner; and two (2) tickets to attend The Biggest Loser Finale. The Grand Prize ARV is $4,000.
