Eligibility : The StubHub10th Anniversary Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older, and who are physically located and reside in the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia at the time of entry (“Eligible Participant”).

Timing : The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on July 7, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on September 10, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Ten (10) Grand Prizes: A trip to one of the events listed in the Event Entry Chart below. Trip Prize for all events include round-trip, coach class air transportation for the winner and guest(s) from a major airport nearest the winner’s home to event location, double/quad-occupancy hotel accommodations for 2 nights and ground transportation to/from the event. Plus each individual event includes the following: Dream Event: Prize includes tickets for the winner and one (1) guest to a scheduled event of the winner’s choice (event must occur within 365 days of the Contest end date). Trip dependent upon ticket availability; if requested tickets are unavailable, tickets to an alternative event will be provided by Sponsor, at its sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this trip may not exceed $10,000.00. Wrigley Event:  Prize includes tickets (field box seats) for the Winner and three (3) guests to the Chicago Cubs’ game (vs. the St. Louis Cardinals) at Wrigley Stadium on July 25, 2010; Winner will throw out a ceremonial “first” pitch before the game; Winner and three (3) guests will watch batting practice from the field; food and drinks will be provided to Winner and guests prior to the game. ARV: $4,000.00. Lollapalooza Event: Prize includes two (2) VIP passes for the winner and one (1) guest to Lollapalooza in Chicago, IL to see Green Day, Soundgarden, Lady Gaga and the rest of this year’s Lollapalooza lineup from VIP viewing platforms; plus hospitality with complimentary food and drinks (no alcoholic beverages). UFC® Event: Winner and three (3) guests will receive the Ultimate Fan Experience including front row seats at the UFC® 118 prefight weight-in and press conference; tickets for the Winner and three (3) guests to the UFC® 118 at TD Garden in Boston, MA; plus winner and three (3) guests will meet the fighters and Octagon™ girls. ARV: $4,900.00. Yankees Event: Winner and three (3) guests will experience a dream day at Yankee Stadium. Redskins Event:  Winner and three (3) guests will receive tickets for lower level seats for a Redskins game at FedEx Field outside of Washington DC Metro; Winner and guests will receive a private tour of FedEx Field and watch pregame warm-ups from the field; Winner and guests will meet Redskins broadcasters and Pro Football Hall of Famers Sonny Jurgensen and Sam Huff, as well as the “Voice of the Redskins”, Larry Michael.
