Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal U.S. residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : The SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark Fly Away Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on January 10, 2011 at 12:01 AM ET and end on April 8, 2011 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : You may enter only once per day per method of entry during the Sweepstakes Period
Prize (s) :
There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to winner (“Winner”). The Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York City (“Trip”) and two (2) tickets to see SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark on Broadway. The Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major gateway airport in or near New York City (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2) three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a New York City metropolitan area hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 3) round trip ground transportation between the New York airport and the hotel; 4) two (2) tickets to the Broadway musical SPIDER-MAN Turn Off the Dark and 5) a meet and greet with the cast for Winner and one (1) guest. Estimated Retail Value of Prize is three thousand dollars ($3,000).
