Eligibility :
Space Chimps Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), excluding Florida and New York, who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Cinemark USA, Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Florida and New York and where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Timing :
The Sweepstakes begins on July 4, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter :
During the Promotion Period, visit www.cinemark.com, click on the Space Chimps Sweepstakes banner and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit :
Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A Trip for four (4) to the Kennedy Space Center in Orlando, FL. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); 2-day basic admission for four (4) to the Kennedy Space Center to be used during the trip duration; four (4) tickets to an Astronaut Lunch (specific date, seating, and time of event determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and four (4) tickets to a NASA Close-up Tour (specific date, seating, and time of event determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,000.
