Eligibility : The Sorrento Precious Cheese Spring Sweepstakes (“Promotion”, “Sweepstakes”) is open to any legal U.S. resident within CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA, RHODE ISLAND, VERMONT, NEW HAMPSHIRE, CONNECTICUT, MASSACHUSETTS & MAINE (residents of all other states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and any other territory or possession, and overseas military installations are excluded from entry and participation and where prohibited by law), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize consists of a three (3) day, two (2) night Trip to NYC for four (4) to be guests within the audience of the “Rachael Ray” show – Coach airfare for four (4); two (2) night stay at a hotel (two rooms max with double occupancy for each); four (4) tickets to the taping of the “Rachael Ray” show; Limo ride to and from the show to the hotel; a list of Rachael Ray’s favorite places to eat; $1000 spending money; and a gift basket of cooking merchandise valued at $1000 (for specific trip details refer to section 6 on Travel Restrictions and Specifications). All other expenses not specifically stated as part of the prize description are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and traveling companions. (Maximum Retail Value (“MRV”) – $10,000.00)
