Eligibility : The Shot Clock Shopping Spree Promotion (hereafter, ‘Promotion’) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of six (6) and fourteen (14) as of the date of entry.
Timing : Promotion begins 12:00:00PM (noon) Eastern Time (‘ET’) on 2/17/11 and ends 11:59:59AM ET on 5/30/11 (hereafter, ‘Promotion Period’).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry via either the online or Event entry method per household, per person, per user name and per email address per day of the Promotion Period.

Three (3) Grand Prizes: Prizing will be awarded on or about June 2011, subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
