How To Enter : To enter the Sensational Memories Contest (the “Contest”), entrants must visit scholastic.com/memories or scan the “Scratch, Sniff & Win” Digimarc available on pages 15 and 83 of the June/July 2014 issue of Scholastic Parent & Child magazine with a mobile device to reach the Contest entry page and submit a short paragraph of no more than 300 words about a family experience related to scent along with your name, address, e-mail address, your child’s/children’s name(s) and age(s). Entrants are also encouraged, but not required, to share a photo of their child (the “Photo”).
Eligibility : Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC who are currently over the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their state of residence) and are the parent and/or legal guardian of at least one child up to the age of 18 as of the date of entry.
Timing :Â Contest begins May 27, 2014, 12:00 a.m. EDT and all entries must be received by September 30, 2014, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
Limit : Entrants can submit only one entry per household.
Prize (s) :
Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for their family (four 4 people maximum, one of which must be the Grand Prize Winner’s child who is under 18) to Yosemite National Park for 6 days/5 nights of their choice, except for blackout periods in Sponsor’s discretion; hotel or resort accommodations of Sponsor’s choosing; and Round-trip air transportation in coach class for four (4) (Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $12,500).
