Eligibility :
The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the District of Columbia or any state besides Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York or Rhode Island and are 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of Sponsor, Administrator, GM R*Works, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these rules. The winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release that will allow use of the winner’s names and likenesses by the Sponsor. All taxes (not limited to income, federal, state and local) are the responsibility of the winner. Information collected from entrants is subject to the General Motors Corporation Privacy Policy available at www.gm.com/privacy/. All expenses not described as part of the prize, including but not limited to travel, lodging and meals, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Timing :
The “Pontiac is Speed” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on June 18, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on August 30, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
How to Enter :
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
- By mailing an official entry form or a 3″ by 5″ note card on which you have hand-printed your name, mailing address, e-mail address, daytime phone, date of birth and the words “Pontiac is Speed” to Pontiac is Speed Sweepstakes, c/o All Terrain Productions, Inc., 2675 West Grand Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60612-1144. MAIL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY AUGUST 15, 2008 AND RECEIVED BY AUGUST 30, 2008.
Entries will not be returned. Sponsor and Administrator assume no responsibility for lost, mutilated, late or misdirected entries.

Limit :
One (1) entry per person regardless of entry method used.
Prize (s):
The following prize will be awarded: A trip for one (1) to the Bondurant School of Driving in Chancellor, Arizona, including tuition, travel, lodging and a “per diem” of 4100 per day for meals and beverages, for one person for four (4) days and three (3) nights.
