How It Works
Entering the Meet Ashley Monroe at Fred Meyer Jewelers Sweepstakes is easy. Between 12:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 and 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, October 16, 2015, visit platinumjewelry.com/sweepstakes and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. You’ll be required to provide your contact information such as your first name, last name, date of birth, city, state of residence, email address, phone number, and ring size. Once done, you’ll automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes.
