Eligibility :
Picture Your Celebration (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to permanent, legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
Timing :
The Picture Your Celebration begins on February 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 13, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).
How to enter:
Visit www.weather.com/photos (the “Website”) and follow the links and onscreen instructions to complete and submit the entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit:
Each entrant may enter only one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE VACATION PACKAGE: Vacation package for eight (8) persons for four (4) nights and five (5) days at the Walt Disney World® Resort (the “Grand Prize Vacation Package“). The Grand Prize Vacation Package shall consist of the following: Round trip coach air fare for winner and seven (7) guests between the major metropolitan city airport in the United States closest to the winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and the Orlando International Airport; provided, however, that if winner resides within a two hundred and fifty (250) mile radius of the Walt Disney World® Resort Sponsor may substitute ground transportation for the air fares, Round trip ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort for winner and seven (7) guests (if the winner receives the air fares hereunder), Room accommodations (two (2) standard rooms with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for four (4) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Sponsor, the opportunity for winner to lead a parade at the Walt Disney World® Resort (specific date and time of parade determined by Sponsor), and Eight (8) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® and Water Park Fun & More Options. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize Vacation Package: $10,880 USD.
