Eligibility : PetSmart PetPerks Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. and Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age or older as of date of entry
Promotion Period : The PetSmart PetPerks Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time (“EDT”) on June 29, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 pm EDT on August 31, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).
How To Enter : Visit www.PetSmart.com or your local participating PetSmart retailer and follow the instructions to register for PetSmart’s loyalty program, PetPerks.
Limit : Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
Prize (s):
Grand Prize (1): A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to the destination of winner’s choice within the 48 contiguous United States or Canada, up to 3,028 USD in value including air transportation, car rental and hotel accommodations. Trip includes roundtrip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s residence as determined by the Sponsor, to major airport nearest chosen destination as determined by Sponsor, three (3) nights of hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) at a hotel chosen by the Sponsor, use of car rental of the Sponsor’s selection for four (4) days, a check or money order for winner in the amount of 1,000.00 USD, and three (3) nights at the PetsHotel® nearest to winner’s residence as determined by Sponsor for up to two (2) pets. In the event Sponsor determines there is not a PetsHotel® within 20 miles of winner’s residence, Sponsor will offer the option for winner to choose to be awarded a check or money order in the amount of 222.00 USD in lieu of receiving the three (3) nights at PetsHotel®. In no event shall the combined total of air transportation, car rental and hotel accommodations exceed 3,028 USD. In the event such combined total for a proposed trip might exceed 3,028 USD, winner will be required to select an alternate destination and/or travel time so that the trip fits within the monetary limit. (ARV of complete Grand Prize: 4,250.00 USD).
First Prizes (100): Dinner for winner and winner’s pet, awarded as a 50.00 USD PetSmart Gift Certificate or Gift Card which may be used toward the purchase of pet food and a 50.00 USD Gift Card to a Sponsor-selected restaurant (ARV: 100.00 USD each).
Second Prizes (200): Pet grooming for one (1) eligible pet at a participating PetSmart location (ARV: 50.00 USD each).
Third Prizes (300): A 10.00 USD PetSmart Gift Card (ARV: 10.00 USD each).
Winners : For a list of winners of prizes valued at $25 or more, available after November 1, 2009, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope by November 30, 2009, to: PetPerks Sweepstakes Winners, P.O. Box 7068, Cumberland, RI 02864. Canadian residents may omit return postage.
