Eligibility : THE PEPSI/THE X FACTOR SNAP IT SEND IT GAME (“GAME”) IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS RESIDING IN ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA THROUGHOUT THE GAME PERIOD WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (19 IN AL or NE) AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.
Timing : Game begins at 12:00:01 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 4, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. (noon) ET on October 29, 2011 (“Game Period”).

Grand Prizes (56 total; 1 per day): Each Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for him/herself and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California to attend one (1) live broadcast of The X Factor. Travel is tentatively scheduled to occur between mid-November and late-December (of 2011). Exact travel dates will be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s U.S. home (airport and carrier selected by Sponsor), one (1) double-occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights, ground transportation to/from airport/hotel/show,two (2) tickets to The X Factor, and $500.00 spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Up to $5,000.00.

Second Prizes (28,000 total; 500 per day): The X Factor Poster. ARV: $10.00 each.
