How To Enter : To enter, visit www.PatentYourKiss.com (the “Promotion Website”) and follow the onscreen instructions to create and submit a kiss using the online patent kiss tool (each, a “Kiss” and collectively, the “Kisses”)
Eligibility : The Contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. (except Alaska, Hawaii, Overseas Military Installations and other U.S. Territories) and Canada (excluding Quebec, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut Territory) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Timing : The Contest begins at 12:01 AM (ET) on February 3, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on March 30, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”).
Limit : There are no limits on entry; entrants may enter the Contest multiple times by submitting multiple Kisses during the Promotion Period.
Prize (s) :
One (1) grand prize will be awarded to the Contest winner consisting of a 3-night/4-day trip to Las Vegas, Nevada for the Contest winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) departing on December 30, 2011 and returning on January 2, 2012 (the “Grand Prize”). Specifically, the Grand Prize will include: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for the Contest winner and the Guest from the airport nearest to the Contest winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Las Vegas, Nevada; (ii) three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy) (room and tax only) for the Contest winner and the Guest at the Paris Las Vegas Casino and Resort, or another hotel property owned and/or operated by Paris Las Vegas Operating Company, LLC d/b/a Paris Las Vegas; and (iii) One Thousand dollars ($1,000.00 USD) spending money for the Contest winner. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Three Thousand dollars ($3,000.00 USD).
