How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period visit oxygen.com/givebrachssweeps (the “Website”), click on the Sweepstakes banner, and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth (“Entry”).
Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : Oxygen’s “Give A Little Brach’s Because…” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) will begin on June 18, 2012 at 12:01 PM and end on July 31, 2012 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : You may enter one (1) time per day for a total of thirty-six (36) Entries per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period.

SECOND PRIZE: There will be twenty-five (25) second prizes awarded (each a “Second Prize”), one (1) Second Prize will be awarded to each Second Prize Winner. Second Prize will consist of a pack of twenty-four (24) coupons; each coupon will be redeemable for one (1) free Brach’s bag of candy (“Coupon”). Second Prize will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsors. Coupon is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon and by applicable issuer. Estimated retail value (“ERV”) of each Second Prize is seventy two dollars ($72). ERV of all Second Prizes is one thousand eight hundred dollars ($1,800).
FIRST PRIZE: There will be fifty (50) first prizes awarded (each a “First Prize”), one (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner. First Prize will consist of a one hundred dollar ($100) Walgreens gift card. Gift card is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by applicable issuer. ERV of each First Prize is one hundred dollars ($100). ERV of all First Prizes is five thousand ($5,000).
GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize awarded (“Grand Prize”) to Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize will consist of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York, NY (“Trip”). Trip includes: 1) round-trip commercial coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major U.S. airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home to an airport in or near New York, NY (“Airport”), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; 2) standard accommodations for two (2) nights (single room, double occupancy) at a hotel in or near New York, NY (“Hotel”) for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; 3) ground transportation to and from Airport and Hotel for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; 4) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to a Broadway play (“Play”), subject to availability and Sponsors’ sole discretion; and 5) two hundred dollars ($200) to be used as spending money provided to Grand Prize Winner in the form of an American Express gift card or in another form subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion. ERV of Grand Prize is two thousand dollars ($2,000). Actual retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize may vary depending on city of departure and dates of travel.
