Eligibility : The Open Hearts Valentine’s Day Event (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.
Timing : Sweepstakes begins 10:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) January 1, 2014 and ends 4:00 pm ET February 14, 2014 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :
