Eligibility : The Official Small Business of NASCAR Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (except Quebec) who are over the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and own a small business that is registered and operated within the United States or Canada at time of entry.
Promotion Period : Official Small Business of NASCAR Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. edt on may 2, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. edt on may 31, 2009 (the “promotional period”).

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE:
The owner of the small business named on the winning entry (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a VIP Race Experience to the September 6, 2009, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ race in Atlanta, GA. The VIP Race Experience consists of round-trip coach air transportation for (4) four (Grand Prize Winner and three guests) from the major airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Atlanta, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights, ground transfers to/from the airport, hotel, and race while in Atlanta, grandstand tickets and a VIP tour. All standard terms and conditions apply to tickets. Tickets shall be subject to policies and procedures established by issuer. The VIP Race Experience package consists of accommodations and tickets for four (4) people in total. The trip must be taken between September 3 and 7, 2009. In addition, Grand Prize Winner’s company name or logo will be identified on the Office Depot® No. 14 Chevy Impala SS rear bumper for the September 6, 2009 race. Grand Prize Winner will also receive the following: the rights to use the “2009 Official Small Business of NASCAR® Courtesy of Office Depot®” mark on Grand Prize Winner’s business collateral until June 1, 2010; one (1) year of Office Depot Tech Depot Services (does not include service for warranty, hardware or parts); $1,000 of Office Depot DesignIt Services; a $1,400 Office Depot copy and print services card; Office Depot gift cards totaling $14,000; a NASCAR®-hosted private coaching session during the VIP weekend; NASCAR®-licensed memorabilia selected by Sponsor; and a check for $9,375.00 US. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $46,874.00 USD/$59,200.06 CDN.
THIRTY (30) DAILY PRIZES (ONE PER DAY):
The owner of the small business named on the entry (“Daily Prize Winner”) will receive Office Depot gift cards totaling $1,400 USD/$1,765.37 CDN and a check in the amount of $350 US. ARV: $1,750.00 US/$2,206.46 CDN.
