Eligibility : The Notes To My Mother Contest (“Contest”) is open to all legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older
Promotion Period : From 12:00:00p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 4, 2010 through 11:59:59p.m. on May 9, 2010 (the “Entry Period”)
How To Enter : To enter during the Entry Period, an entrant must log onto the Contest website, located at notestomymother.com (the “Website”) and complete and submit the online entry form
Limit : Limit one (1) Submission per person or e-mail address per twenty-four hour period.
Prize (s):
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to the 2010 Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, LA, for two (2) (the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest), at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of up to Five Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($5,100). The trip will include the following: (a) round-trip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a New Orleans, LA-area airport; (b) one (1) room, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) in a New Orleans, LA hotel, for three (3) nights; (c) round-trip airport transfers good for transportation between the airport and the hotel; (d) spa treatments for the Grand Prize Winner and her guest at a New Orleans-area spa (spa treatments to be selected from a list provided by Sponsors) (not to exceed a total amount of Six Hundred Dollars ($600)); (e) one (1) hands-on cooking class for two (2) at The New Orleans School of Cooking with Carol’s Daughter founder, Lisa Price; (f) floor seat concert tickets for two (2) redeemable for admission each night of the 2010 Essence Music festival, tentatively scheduled for July 2 – July 4, 2010 as selected in Sponsors’ sole discretion; (g) a meet and greet with HawthoRNe star Jada Pinkett Smith and/or other Turner talent (“Talent”), for the Grand Prize Winner and her guest, at a time and location selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion after consultation with the Talent, and (h) one (1) One Hundred Dollar ($100) gift basket including Carol’s Daughter hair and beauty products, as selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
One (1) First Prize Winner will receive one (1) One Hundred Dollar ($100) gift basket including Carol’s Daughter hair and beauty products, as selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
