Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian (“”Parent”) prior to entering and be (i) a legal resident of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”) and (ii) between the ages of eight (8) and fifteen (15) at the time of entry (“Participant”).
Timing : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time [“EDT”]) on August 9, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on September 9, 2013 (the “Entry Period”).
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per calendar day per person/household/email address.
Prize (s) :
GRAND PRIZE (1). The Parent of Grand Prize winner (the “GP Winner”) will be awarded a trip for GP Winner, up to three (3) family members (one of whom must be the Parent of GP Winner), GP Winner’s friend (who must be between the ages of eight (8) and fifteen (15) and live in close proximity to GP Winner’s residence) (the “Friend”) and Friend’s parent or legal guardian (the “Friend’s Parent”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to five (5) guests of GP Winner (i.e., GP Winner’s Parent, two [2] additional family members of GP Winner, Friend and Friend’s Parent) (each, a “Guest”, collectively “Guests”) from the airport nearest the GP Winners’ residence to Los Angeles, CA, (ii) three (3) days/two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (two (2) rooms, one [1] quad and one [1] double occupancy), (iii) round trip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel and the set of Sam & Cat (the “Set”); (iv) opportunity for GP Winner and Guests to attend a live production taping of Sam & Cat (subject to production schedules); (v) the opportunity for GP Winner and Friend to appear as an extra (or such other role as solely determined by Sponsor) in and in connection with the production of an episode of Sam & Cat (subject to substitution with another Nickelodeon live action program due to production scheduling exigencies at Sponsor’s sole determination and the terms of Paragraph 6 above); (vi) a full suite of LEGO® Friends products (i.e., Hedgehog’s Hideaway, Poodle’s Little Palace, Bunny’s Hutch, Stephanie’s Outdoor Bakery, Water Scooter Fun, Olivia’s Speedboat, Olivia’s Beach Buggy, Andrea’s Bedroom, Olivia’s Newborn Foal, Mia’s Magic Tricks, Stephanie’s Soccer Practice, Emma’s Karate Class, Emma’s Sports Car, Olivia’s Tree House, Rehearsal Stage, Downtown Bakery, Heartlake Pet Salon, City Park Café, Adventure Camper, Heartlake City Pool, Heartlake Vet, Heartlake Stables, Heartlake High, Dolphin Cruiser and Olivia’s House building toy sets [collectively referenced herein as the “LEGO Friends Prize Pack”]) for the GP Winner only; and (vii) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in spending money for the GP Winner only.Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip Package is $7,013.75.
FIRST PRIZE (5): Each First Prize winner will be awarded the following: (i) a LEGO Friends Prize Pack, and (ii) one (1) one hundred dollar ($100.00) Toys R Us gift card (subject to the terms and restrictions of gift card issuer); total ARV of each First Prize is $713.75. Total ARV for all First Prizes is $3,568.75.
SECOND PRIZE (25): Each Second Prize winner will be awarded the following: (i) the LEGO Friends Dolphin Cruiser Building Toy set, and (ii) one (1) fifty dollar ($50.00) Toys R Us gift card (subject to the terms and restrictions of gift card issuer); total ARV for each Second Prize is $119.99. Total ARV for all Second Prizes is $2,999.75.
