Affidavits of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Releases and Travel Releases must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. If Grand Prize winner is a minor in the legal jurisdiction in which they reside, Grand Prize winner’s parent or legal guardian will be required to execute all required documents on said minor’s behalf and will be required to be one (1) of the Grand Prize winner’s travel companions.
Timing :
The “Aquapod 2008 Instant-Win Game” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about 11:59:59 p.m. (“ET”) August 15, 2008 and ends on December 30, 2008, 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Purchase any multi-pack of Aquapod® water at any participating location between August 15, 2008 and December 30, 2008, enter the on-pack code online at www.aquapodmoms.com and follow instructions posted on-screen OR visit www.aquapodmoms.com from 12:00:01 p.m. ET on August 15, 2008 through 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 30, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”), fill out an online registration form and you will receive a free game code.
