Eligibility : To enter the Contest (as defined below), registrants (“Contenders” or “Entrants”) must be permanent, legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry and of the legal age of majority in their state of residence and be the Authorized Account Holder (as defined hereinafter) with respect to the e-mail address submitted on his or her account registration form.
Timing : The Contest shall start on November 8, 2010 at 3:00 PM EST and end on January 14, 2011 at 5:00 PM EST.
Prize (s) :
One (1) grand prize winner from all eligible entries as decided at the sole discretion of the Judges (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive the following grand prize (“Grand Prize”):
One (1) all-expense paid trip to New York City, NY to see the live Celebrity Apprentice Finale (“Trip”). The Trip includes: round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for winner and his/her guest (“Guest”)from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsors’ in their sole discretion, to one (1) of the major U.S. gateway airports nearest New York, NY; hotel accommodations for one (1) night in a New York City metropolitan area hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion (“Hotel”); ground transportation to and from the New York, NY airport and the Hotel; five hundred dollars ($500) in spending money, AND a one (1) year supply of popcorn (one (1) case per month for twelve (12) months, bag size and quantity per case to vary, subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is three thousand five hundred dollars ($3500).
Three (3) runner-up winners of the Contest will receive the following runner-up prizes (each a “Runner-Up Prize):
One (1) year supply of popcorn (one (1) case per month for twelve (12) months, bag size and quantity per case to vary, subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion). ARV of Runner-Up Prizes is five hundred and seventy five dollars ($575).
