Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
Timing : “MTV VMA Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 5:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 2, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (ET) on September 19, 2010
Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards (the “Event”), currently scheduled for some time between August 2011 and September 2011, subject to change in MTVN’s sole discretion in a city (the “Location”) to be determined in MTVN’s sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,600.00
First Place Prizes: Each of the nine (9) First Place Winners will receive one (1) Samsung Fascinate Galaxy phone (the “First Place Prize” or “First Place Prizes” and, together with the Grand Prize, the “Prize” or “Prizes”).
