How To Enter : During the promotion period, complete all required fields on the online entry form available at http://www.cmt.com/community/sweepstakes/2014/motley-crue/ to receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) entry per day and all entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (CT) on September 14, 2014 to be entered into the sweepstakes.
Eligibility : There are two (2) conditions to be eligible to enter this sweepstakes. Entrants must be :
- legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii;
- at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.
Prizes : The Grand Prize Winner will win a flyaway trip for two (2) to see Motley Crue live in concert in Nashville, TN. The trip shall include:
- (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities’ choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major U.S. gateway airport of Sweepstakes Entities choice in or around Nashville, TN, at Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion;
- (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sweepstakes Entities choice, in its sole discretion, in or around Nashville, TN for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy;
- (iii) two (2) tickets to see Motley Crue live in concert;
- (iv) a meet and greet and photo opportunity with Nikki Sixx, Vince Neil, and Mick Mars of Motley Crue;
- (v) an opportunity for a backstage and on-stage tour;
- (vi) one (1) merchandise voucher;
- (vii) one (1) autographed litho poster;
- (viii) one (1) limited edition commemorative laminate and lanyard;
- (ix) an on-site VIP attendant.
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,325.00
Five (5) Second Place Prize Winners will each win one (1) copy of Motley Crue’s new album entitled, Nashville Outlaws: A Tribute to Motley Crue. The approximate retail value of each Second Place Prize is $12.00.
