Eligibility : Michelob ULTRA Roll with Bob Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.), excluding California and Tennessee, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Michelob ULTRA Roll with Bob Contest begins on March 5, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on May 23, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”)

Limit : Each entrant (i.e. person, email address and text-messaging capable device) may enter the Contest one (1) time during the Submission Phase, regardless of the method of entry.
Prize (s):
ONE (1) INTERNATIONAL GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) (winner and a travel companion) to France for 6 days including travel days between July 8, 2010 to July 25, 2010. Winner will have the opportunity to ride up a mountain stage with Bob Roll. Exact location in France and exact mountain stage will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner’s home to a major commercial airport in France (airports to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); four (4) nights standard accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from the airport, to the hotel and to and from the select mountain stage; one (1) Madone 4.5 WSD Trek bicycle or a similar model and a cycling ride with Bob Roll up one of the Tour de France mountains in France (for the winner only); and a check in winner’s name for $1,720 which may be used to assist with tax liabilities associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,020.
ONE (1) DOMESTIC GRAND PRIZE: A prize package consisting of six (6) Madone 4.5 WSD Trek bicycles or a similar model; cycling kit; a cycling ride with Bob Roll for winner and up to five (5) friends in winner’s hometown; ground transportation will be provided to and from the route if necessary and a check in winner’s name for $2,600 which may be used to assist with tax liabilities associatedwith acceptance and use of the prize. Friends must be at least twenty-one (21) years old as of the date of cycling ride. Cycling ride with Bob Roll will be scheduled on or before November 1, 2010. ARV: $9,100.
