How To Enter : To enter the Sweepstakes online during the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.syfy.com/megapython, (the “Website”) and click on the Sweepstakes banner, and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form
Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
Timing : The Mega Python vs. Gatoroid Red Carpet Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) will begin on December 28, 2010 at 12:01 AM ET and end on January 17, 2011 at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Limit : You may enter only once per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize (s) :
There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded to winner (“Winner”). The Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to New York City (“Trip”) and two (2) tickets to the Mega Python vs. Gatoroid Red Carpet Screening at Ziegfeld Theatre on Monday, January 24, 2011 (“Screening”). The Trip includes: 1) round-trip coach class domestic air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport near Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major gateway airport in or near New York City (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 2) three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a New York City metropolitan area hotel (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; 3) round trip ground transportation between the New York airport and the hotel; 4) two (2) tickets to the Screening, 5) entry into the screening after party for Winner and Guest. Estimated Retail Value of Prize is three thousand five-hundred dollars ($3,500).
