Eligibility : Entrants must be permanent, legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia but excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions and all areas where this Sweepstakes is prohibited by federal, state, provincial, municipal or local law), must be physically present in the U.S. as of the date of entry through and including the date of awarding of the Sweepstakes prizes, and must be 18 years or older on the date of entry.
Promotion Period : The Martha’s Sunday Night Football Sweepstakes will run during the period commencing on 12:01 AM EST November 30, 2009 and ending at 11:59 PM EST December 13, 2009.

Prize (s):
Eleven (11) GRAND PRIZES consisting of a trip for each grand prize winner and one (1) guest to New York (the “Trip”) to see The Martha Stewart Show (the “Prize Event”). Each Trip includes: round-trip coach airfare for one (1) grand prize winner and one (1) guest provided by Delta Vacations between the major airport closest to grand prize winner’s home, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, and New York City; three (3) days, two (2) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; and one hundred dollars ($100) in the form of a check made payable to the grand prize winner or in such other form as designated by Sponsors in their sole discretion. One (1) of each of the GRAND PRIZE trips will be given away to entrants residing in the terrestrial viewing areas of the following Television Designated Market Areas: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, Miami, Sacramento, San Diego, Cincinnati and Baltimore. All grand prize winners will be offered the opportunity to attend a taping of The Martha Stewart Show in New York City. Production dates are subject to change without prior notice. Actual value of a trip depends on dates of travel and winner’s residence or departure city. An IRS 1099 will be issued to winners. Roundtrip airfare valued up to $300 per person; maximum value of hotel accommodations is $600. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize (“ARV”): $1,300.
One (1) FIRST PRIZE trip for one (1) first prize winner and one (1) guest (the “First Prize Trip”) to attend a taping of the Sunday Night Football pregame show and to attend a taping of The Martha Stewart Show in New York City (collectively the “Prize Events”). Production dates are subject to change without prior notice. The FIRST PRIZE Trip consists of round-trip coach airfares for one (1) first prize winner and one (1) guest provided by Delta Vacations between the major airport closest to first prize winner’s home, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion, and New York City; five (5) days, four (4) nights standard double occupancy hotel accommodations, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; and one hundred dollars ($100) in the form of a check made payable to the grand prize winner or in such other form as designated by Sponsors in their sole discretion. ARV of Sweepstakes Overlay First Prize:$2,300.
One (1) runner up will be chosen in each of the eleven (11) markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Francisco, Miami, Sacramento, San Diego, Cincinnati and Baltimore will receive one (1) copy of Martha Stewart’s book, Dinner at Home, with a retail value of $35 per, and one (1) small football with a retail value of $20 per, autographed by any NBC sportscaster as designated by Sponsors in their sole discretion. ARV of one Runner-Up prize: $55.
