Grand prize winner will also have the chance to meet and greet with Steve Young.

During the sweepstakes period, purchase two (2) varieties of specially marked MaMa Rosa’s Pizza at your local supermarket and clip the two (2) Universal Product Code bar codes. Then hand print your full name, address, city, state, zip code, signature, date, phone number and email address on a 3” x 5” card. Win One Of Three Prizes
The Grand Prize Winner will have the opportunity to attend the Superbowl, on February 1st, 2015 in Phoenix, AZ and meet hall of famer Steve Young! Grand Prize includes airfare, hotel accomodations, tickets to the Big game, “meet and greet” with Steve Young, autographed Steve Young Jersey and football.
Two other winners will win either an autographed Steve Young Jersey or a MaMa Rosa’s Pizza Party for the Big Game (for up to 25 guests).
