Eligibility : The Macanudo Millionaire Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of submission. Void outside of the 50 United States, D.C., and wherever prohibited.
Promotion Period : Macanudo Millionaire Contest (“Contest”) begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on 9/9/09 and ends at 11:59:59 AM EST on 10/31/09 (“Contest Period”).

Prize (s):
One (1) Grand Prize: A 3-day/2-night trip for four (4) (Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests) to Las Vegas, Nevada (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize includes round trip coach air transportation for four (4) persons (Grand Prize winner and up to three guests) from the major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada, two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy), ground transportation to and from Las Vegas airport and $500 food stipend. Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) opportunity to play one (1) spin of a roulette wheel for a chance to win $1 million dollars at a time and location designated by the Sponsor during his/her trip to Las Vegas. Grand Prize winner is allowed only one (1) spin. Total maximum possible approximate retail value of Grand Prize: up to $1,010,000.
